ELIGIBILITY:

Cups4You USA, Pack Expo 2007 Customized Cups4You Bicycle, Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and Canada only, and to non-citizens visiting the U.S. or Canada on an eligible work or student visa. Participants must be age 18 or older as of the date of entry to be eligible. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and each of its related companies and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as parents, spouse, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible to enter. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.

HOW TO ENTER AND SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD:

The time to accept entrance is from October 15 to 17th, 2007, at 9:00 am to 4:00 Pacific time. Entrants must deliver their business card to sales representatives at booth S-6022, Pack Expo 2007, Las Vegas Convention Center, Nevada, during the sweepstake period listed above. None will be accepted legitimately before or after the designated time.

FOR ALL ENTRIES:

All entries must be received during the Sweepstakes Period. Any use of automatic, programmed or similar entry methods or agents (including but not limited to sweepstakes or sweepstakes entry services) will void all entries by that entrant. Proof of entry submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Cups4you USA. All entrants must submit a valid email and postal address. All entries become the property of Cups4you USA and will not be acknowledged or returned. Cups4you USA is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible or misdirected entries, all of which will be disqualified. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the authorized account holder of the email address used to enter will be deemed the entrant. The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to the email address by the organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the respective domain.

DRAWING and NOTIFICATION OF POTENTIAL WINNERS:

Potential winners will be selected at random from among all eligible entries received. Drawings will be held in the end of the trade show event, last week of October, 2007. Cups4you USA, whose decisions as to the administration of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final, will conduct the drawing. The potential winners will be notified by mail within seven (7) days of the drawing. In order to claim his/her prize, the potential winners must, except where prohibited, return to Sponsor, within fourteen (14) days of being notified, (1) a signed affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release and (2) a copy of the confirmation email received after entry in the winning Sweepstakes. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within seven (7) days after the first attempt to contact him/her or if he/she fails to return the signed affidavit and release and the confirmation email within the required time period, an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place at random from among all eligible entries received. If a winner has not reached the age of majority in his/her home state, then the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian. Potential winners must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements.

a) The sweepstakes prize is a $350.00 USD, approximate retail value, custom-printed Cups4you bicycle. Prize’s design and component can not be changed or modified by any means upon potential winner’s request.

b) There will be 2 custom-printed Cups4you bicycles provided to be the prize.

c) Prizes are being supplied by the sponsor Vadeal Plastic bv. Cups4You USA is only a mediator in transferring the prize to the winner. Cups4You USA does not warrant or represent or insure the goods or services provided by the sweepstakes prize. Winners by accepting the prize agree to indemnify and hold Cups4you USA, its officers, directors and employees, harmless from any and all liability, including reasonable attorney’s fees, arising from or related to the redemption and use of the sweepstakes prize.

d) No cash or other substitution, assignment or transfer of prize or prize component permitted, except by Cups4you USA or the Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute a prize or prize component with another of comparable or greater value. All taxes, liability and other fees not expressly stated in the prize description are the responsibility solely of winner. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

PUBLICITY:

Acceptance of any prize shall constitute the winner’s consent to Sponsor’s use of the winner’s name, likeness, voice, opinions, prize information and hometown and state for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without limitation and without further payment or consideration, except where prohibited by law.

RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY:

By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, its officers, directors, employees, affiliated companies and agents (collectively, the Released Parties) from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize, including, but not limited to: (a) unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes; (b) technical errors related to computers, servers, providers or telephone or network lines; (c) printing errors; (d) errors in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; or (e) injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt of any prize. Entrant further agrees that in any cause of action, the Released Parties’ liability will be limited to the cost of entering and participating in the Sweepstakes, and in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorneys’ fees. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages whatsoever, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct or indirect damages. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, entrant’s rights and obligations, or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of Cook County, IL, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of Cook County, Illinois or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than Cook County, Illinois.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:

If for any reason an entrant’s entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant’s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend and/or modify the Sweepstakes if any fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or in a disruptive manner. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Cups4You USA reserves the right to amend these rules at any time, without notice.
